With adherence to Chicago's Bridge Phase guidelines, I provide in-person and virtual private and small group training. You tell me where you're comfortable training and I'll take care of the rest.
Want to workout in person but don't have equipment? I'll provide it.
Interested in outdoor workouts? You pick the place and I'll make it happen.
Prefer to use Zoom? I'll develop a program tailored to the equipment you have at home.

Online coaching provides the individual programming you would receive from a 1-on-1 along with the flexibility to workout whenever works best for you. Each program is custom built around your lifestyle, needs, and goals.
