WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

  • in-person and virtual 1:1 sessions are 60 minutes

  • in-person and virtual group sessions are 30-60 minutes 

  • we warm up our minds, then our bodies

  • I will always remind you that you are in control of your workout
